Christmas Party Menu 2009
Available Wed 2nd December – Wed 23rd December

Starter
Homemade smooth chicken liver parfait served with toast
Mild curried parsnip soup served with garlic bread (v)
Layered smoked salmon, mackerel & trout pate wrapped in smoked salmon served with toast
Garlic mushrooms with cream & warm bread (v)
Our own deep fried brie wedges with cranberry sauce (v)

Main course
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
8oz Sirloin Steak with grilled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms peas, onion rings & chips served with a peppercorn or creamy stilton sauce
Deep-fried medley of seafood in our own batter served with salad, fries & homemade tartare sauce
Caramelised red onion & goats cheese flan served with
salad & fries (v)

Dessert
Christmas pudding with brandy cream
Double chocolate fudge cake – served hot or cold with clotted cream or ice cream
Rum & coke trifle
Lemon sorbet drizzled with Limoncello
Cheese and Biscuits
